Yes and it screwed me over. I wasn't aware of it until it was too late
and my wife and daughter were without insurance for several months, so of course my wife got sick during that period. I tried to appeal it, showing proof I never was told about it, and I immediately got a reply saying my appeal was denied. Nice.
