Utah is usually very good on both lines. But the difference between Utah and BYU
is much more pronounced at the skill positions. BYU usually has a big, strong offensive line, and the strength of BYU's defense is always the front seven. But BYU usually has minimal depth at RB and limited athleticism at WR, and is almost always thin at DB. Whereas Utah simply doesn't have those problems, because they can bring in guys that BYU could never even recruit.
