They have two boys (ages 6 & 2) and are currently in basement apartment. I don't think they would be very picky on size, bedrooms, bathrooms, etc if the price and quality was right. I would guess they want 2-3 bedrooms. From my conversation today, they just want a nice place as most of what they have found is trashed (pet urine, trashed carpet, etc).
