Some difficult topics that some people just can't handle. I think the acting and writing is actually quite good. The people who are clamoring that it's all "teen angst" and that it "glorifies suicide" are really missing the deeper Intended meanings. For me, it's rare to watch a show and still have the show on my mind a week after I finished.
