self-mowing lawn. self-weeding garden.
I'd devote a section for growing food and another section for quiet contemplation - with some sort of water feature (fish pond, stream, etc), trees, bushes and other vegetation used to separate it from the rest of the yard - both in space and in noise pollution - and comfortable seating.
