And even in games where he did play, there were some that weren't amazing but Doman was better. Against Cal Staley had like 50 yds rushing while Doman had 400 total yds and 6 TDs. In relation to what Staley was capable of, that's basically a performance "without Staley." But my point is that even with good Staley performances, it doesn't mean Doman's production wasn't valuable. I don't get the point of the question. Adding up someone's value doesn't require the absence of another star.
