it is not the only component. It is very lucrative economically because donors are quick to give to cancer treatment and patients are willing to pay almost anything to get the best cancer care. Money should not be diverted for other services as those are earmarked for cancer, but for a patient to get the best quality care, it is important that all components are working together to provide that care. When one is not working with the other components it creates unnecessary burdens on the system.
