Yeah, maybe. I get the sense that person one is a "handyman" type of guy
but I worry he's more willing to cut corners. The second guy is a landscape engineer, his designs are amazing, and his work admittedly looks much better online.

You can definately lay pavers on concrete pad but I'm not sure
