The issue with that price is that if you look at the capital budgets of all the
OPEC countries they nearly all budgeted oil in a higher price range. Maybe they will come to their senses and change their budgets going forward, but some of those countries had so much margin in a barrel of crude that they were just wasting a resource they believe was as plentiful as air. Now the grim reality is setting in. What will happen as the downstream economic populace all of a sudden doesn't have the dole? Will/could this lead to another "Arab Spring".....all very good geopolitical economic issues.
