I either had to buy all new cloths, or change something. I changed my diet, lost about 10 lbs, and then I kept the diet and started p90x and dropped 30 to 175, same weight I was in high school. That was 3 years ago. I have maintained it since. I then started increasing the weights over time, and as of Friday, I am up to 186 without my shoes on, and feel better than i have felt in well over a decade.
