Never do you see a business owner respond to a bad review with profanity
and anger. Usually, they are calm, cool and collective and explain their side. Had JP taken this approach instead of the tantrum he threw then he really could have used it to his advantage as most businesses do. I'm quite confused what triggered a public reaction like this as well.
