Anybody have a good 3 day backpacking route for northern Georgia or the Smokies?

Cohutta Wilderness, Chattahoochee wilderness, or the smoky mountains are all options. 3 days, 2 nights type of thing that's not crazy mileage (taking little kids). Probably 8-20 miles or so, depending on how it can be broken up.

Anyone know the area and have a good loop or out and back they like?
