I live here (well, St. Paul side) for the past 2 years
We like it, but don't love it, but seem to be in the minority; everyone else I've ever met who lived in MN raves about how it's the best place ever.
The last 2 winters really weren't that bad, and the weather has turned really nice recently and I remember how much we like the summers here.
