CBers are terrible about returning and giving updates after they ask advice.
I think we all agree that cb is a good place to come for crowd-sourced advice on a multitude of topics. If it weren't posters wouldn't ask questions and seek advice here. As good as CB is, however, it would be better at giving sound advice if those asking for help reported on their course of action and the results of those decisions.

People ask for advice about careers, dating, consumer goods purchases, legal matters, divorce, etc. I want closure on those stories so we (CB) can collectively improve the quality of the advice we give. So if you've asked for a restaurant recommendation, career advice, or have simply vented about your relationships coming to an end speak up and let us (CB) know how we did.
