I understand him taking a stand against Edrogen, but why would you go back there

If your family was scared enough to disown you, why would you even risk going back? Stay in America and slam Edrogen on Twitter and make $$ in the NBA.

I don't get it. He should have known that by speaking that way he was forfeiting his chance to go back home safely.

I feel bad for him. Evil regimes suck.
