I agree. He had a string of solid films:
Billy Madison, Happy Gilmore, Waterboy, and Wedding Singer are all very watchable, and classic comedies of the 90s. Big Daddy was even decent, but not nearly as funny as earlier films. Little Nicky was where the wheels started to fall off the wagon.
