better mental toughness to be able to deal with pressure situations and have the mind-set and focus when games and championships are on the line.

I'm pretty proud so many of our sports programs are excelling. But it would be nice to see them take the next step and win championships. In some instances its lacking a piece or two talent-wise. (For baseball, we definitely need better pitching depth.) But in many instances it's clear that our players haven't been properly prepared mentally.
