neither would the Pac12 schools, one bad season and they lose funding, rivalries, prestige? There is nothing good about relegation for the individual. Maybe it works for the collective body, but it'll never happen because Arizona would've been demoted last season.

Why would Arizona ever agree to go to the MWC when they already have it made in the Pac12?
