I'm no fan of reality TV, but it seems that family checks a lot of boxes that networks would want. I follow Kay Malone on Twitter so I have a decent idea of what that family has been up to in recent years:

-Kay is a former beauty pageant winner and is very bright. She runs (or ran. I haven't seen her post about it in a while) a restaurant.
-They have a son that plays football for LSU
-They have a daughter that is a model
-They are set for life financially so they are free to do all sorts of adventures, including lots of hunting and fishing trips

And of course, the linchpin of the show is Karl, a larger than life man who is not shy about sharing his opinions.
