Big knock on PC is the community up there is alot 2nd and 3rd homes, lots of ski rentals, not much of a neighborly feel unless you're in Jeremy Ranch, Snyderville or down in Midway.

Utah is just as cold as Ohio. Probably colder, actually, in the Wasatch front.
