The class action system we have is not perfect, but an honest question ...
How would you propose to fix the problems you see with the class action system we have?

Should companies be able to harm consumers just a little bit? (Speaking of class action lawsuits generally and not saying that Home Depot harmed anybody here.)

Should we limit the attorney fees in these cases? If so, to what percentage?

Seems to me like there are not a lot of great answers to this tough question.
