Weightloss: Is there an "ideal threshold" where weight seems to almost shed off?
I have posted in the past that I am trying to lose weight and got advice here, and posted results.

I have been working out (cardio and resistance training) as well as eating well (less cals, less carbs, less salt, 16:8, etc...) .

I have now lost 28.1 lbs (down from 201.6 to 173.5) in 3 1/2 months

I started by just increasing my activity level and eating more healthy. Then a couple months in I didn't want to stagnate to I applied the 16:8 principal with the same eating habits. Over the past week the results have even sped up more by just a few modifications to my diet (instead of 2 grilled soft tacos with flour tortilla, I use Corn, instead of using normal salad dressing, I used "light", and I often do NOT eat my breakfast bar in the AM like I use to, which is high is Protein BUT is also high in carbs). Over the past week, I lose between .5 to 1.0 lbs a day. I feel good, not tired or lethargic. I am only eating about 1,000-1,400 cals a day.

Do you guys find that there is a sweet spot where things just really start to shed much quicker, while just a little more puts you over and see very slow results?

I also have been using myfitnesspal app and entering everything. It is really amazing how quickly the cals add up, so this really helps to keep me focused, almost like a game.
