I can't remember the year, but going into the final match Uruguay needed a tie to qualify I believe and Argentina's qualification was secure. Both teams basically kicked the ball around for 90 minutes without any real effort to score. I think it was either a 0-0 tie or 1-1 tie with almost no 2nd half action.
