The first game I remember watching when I was 8 years old was game four of the 1983 Championship Series against the Lakers. Moses Malone, Dr J, Andrew Toney, Bobby Jones, and my personal favorite was Maurice Cheeks. Sir Charles is still my all-time favorite player. My buddies and I met him before a Jazz game back in the day. I am very loyal to my teams. When Barkley got traded I still followed him, but the Sixers were still my favorite team. Through all the low times and the better times - they will be my team.

I'm ready for some good years. I love what they have put together. I love Embiid. I'm excited for this year to see how the pieces fit together. They will be fun to watch. I'm not sure they make the playoffs but I think they get in as a 7 or 8 seed. I think they can do some damage and make a little run this year. I think they will wait to make the big splash in free agency until next summer. I think they will be set for a good run as long as they stay healthy.
