I'm so tired all the time that I constantly yearn for bed. Other than my 21 year-old son who does his own thing, we all go to bed at the same time.
My wife and I read until we pass out an fall asleep. Maybe the key would be to have a bedroom tv, but we've never considered that. It seems weird.
