that don't end up at USC, Stanford, or Oregon. It's nothing new in that dynamic but we're starting to win a lot of the in-state kids back that Utah had been getting recently. They'll say they don't care but Utah produces tons of talented linebackers and linemen that U of Utah is starting to lose, and they probably won't bring in equal players from out of state. Tuttle was big for them as well as a couple corners so they may be turning the tide out of state but they're still well behind the middle of the Pac-12 in recruiting and their losses in state will hurt. If Utah slips their recruiting will likely fall sharply due to having nothing that Arizona, Colorado, Cal, etc. can't offer, while if we slip we'll still likely have the same mediocre classes we usually have.
