I don't really think any of his have been stellar
My favorite is probably The Prestige, then Interstellar, both of which were pretty messy and fairly overwrought.
I don't think any are nearly as good as Lincoln.
Spielberg is maybe getting more stale, but he also has a lifetime of great movies to rest on. I don't think Nolan has come close to his highs -- Raiders, Jurassic Park, Saving Private Ryan, etc. But maybe Dunkirk is up there.
