I don't get this at all. Every crossfit class I've ever been to has been
meticulous about proper form.

Every movement before the actual workout is gone over with just the bar -- no weight -- as the trainers watch every single person go through the motion. Doesn't matter if you've been there 3 weeks or 4 years -- everybody is instructed on the proper form. And then they walk around and watch/coach during the actual workout portion and make corrections, if needed.

In the 1 1/2 years I've been doing crossfit, I've been injured once. And that was doing double-unders with a freaking jumprope. Just a freak tweak of my back. I got injured a LOT more frequently playing regular basketball and even just running when I did that daily, than I do from crossfit.
