My company provides a 3-8% wealth contribution (not a match)
and then has a match on top of that, though it is only like 2%. It is a nice thing as I grow in the company my wealth contributions move into the higher range of %.

Mine does 2.5-4.0% contribution (no matching required) plus 4.5% matching.

That's how my company does it. 5% automatic contribution and 100% match to 5%
