Is in his/her second year at least. An adjunct instructor is not a student, but someone in the community with the appropriate credentials and experience- normally a graduate degree in hand.
Hiring a recent graduate with only a BA or BS and no relevant job experience as an adjunct is not normal in academia, and is, in fact, a knock on BYUI.
