if they can get them to max at three hours, they can add a game to major TV

This is not to make the fans lives better, but it is a money grab. Now they can negotiate with major TV for an increased number of games within the standard TV viewing times of CFB. They would have to have as many games on Thursdays and Fridays. It actually could open the way for conference expansion by the BIG, ACC and SEC
