There was a big design flaw with the AC Compressor. It was set to always run (even in off position) to reduce condensation or something of the sort. Anyway, I sent it up to BYU with my two older boys where the AC wouldn't matter as much. Here in Vegas it is a bit brutal. Still, I tell them what a blessing it is to have a car at all-- an important lesson living where we do with the high school parking lot full of BMW's, Mercedes, Lexus, and tricked out Jeeps etc.. I fear for the future spouses of these young girls who's fathers bought them a new Acura RDX for their high school car.
