This is a team effort man. Let's say we're on the team and you decide to do
your own thing on a play and it causes us to get burned. We ask the team to be all the way committed and you decide you can be committed whenever you want to. My dad has the same flippen attitude and it drives me nuts. He doesn't want other people to dictate what he does.
