I find it quite easy in any major city
$60 steak, $20 lobster mac & cheese, $15 potato side, $15 dessert, $5 sprite, plus tax and tip.
Breakfast was a challenge, so sometimes I'd order two entrees.
It was $100 a meal for a while but it wasn't a complete meal with only a steak and lobster mac. It was nice when they changed it to $150 so I could bring the wife to NYC and still eat well.
