I never had roommates nearly fail out of college because they excessively watched TV. I did however have three different roommates (none at the same time), that nearly failed out of school because they played so many video games.

But if I had had roommates that watched TV to rival that level, I would think of them exactly the same way I thought about my video game addicted ones.
