Agreed. I look at my phone during halftime not because I need to or am
Distracted by having a phone but because the halftime shows by the band are boring. I tried to get into it at first but after halftime after halftime of the same old boring stuff i gave up.
They are fine in the stands but their halftime shows are rather lackluster performances to say the least.

to clarify - are you speaking specifically about the half-time show - or are you including them sitting in the stands?
