It's outside of your selected category, but I'd have to say Arizona State for what they did to Steve Kerr back in the
day.
His dad was the president of American University in Beirut and was killed. When he was playing for Arizona, Arizona State fans chanted things like "PLO! PLO! PLO!" and "Your father's history" and "Why don't you join the Marines and go back to Beirut?"
I'm not sure if you can get much lower than that.
