Did you even read my post, I am guessing you didn't. I totally take ownership of my feelings, not putting anything on Roderick. In fact, I am pretty sure I talked about my own pettiness.
I never even mentioned the whole job thing as I never was curious as to why he made the decisions he did.
He has been in Red a long time, he spurned us a couple of times. It will take me a bit to fully get over that, but it will happen. That is fully on me.
Still not sure what I need to give him some slack for?
