Does anyone use an exercise small trampoline they've had for a while with regular use? I've gone through two this year

Walking 3 miles everyday would likely do you far more good depending on your goals.

Well I run 4 miles a day already. I guess I could add walking but I'd rather jump for 10 minutes

If you're running 4 miles a day I doubt you are getting any benefit from the trampoline.
