Christian Folau came home from his mission this spring.  He signed an NLI with OSU in 2015 but decided to transfer to BYU.

Somebody can correct me... but OSU did not release Christian Folau and he'll also have to redshirt this year.  You don't hear about it because he's not making a fuss.
