i think this will result in more contention and conflict as posters will use
notes to memorialize biases against certain posters and constantly bring things up. this will lead to even bigger grudges being held as people look for evidence/confirmation bias to support their opinions.
i get that this already happens, but notes will result in more hostility, cliquey-ness and finger-pointing.
