So, BYU underwhelms against a FCS school at home. The weather was too hot to enjoy it in person. The ESPN broadcast was too crappy to enjoy it from home. We won the game, but didn't look great doing it, so to you it felt like a tremendous loss.

Now BYU has a chance to play a #13 ranked SEC team and you, deep down in your heart of hearts, are hoping the game gets cancelled because 1.) we might get beat badly, and/or 2.) you'd rather we skip a game entirely rather than provide film to an upcoming opponent.

I feel like I'm taking crazy pills! Why don't we curl up in a ball and cancel the whole yewtin' season?

Seriously, you spent the last 8 months anxiously waiting for football season to arrive and now after 3 hours of action and finding out we may only be AS GOOD as we've been the past 6 season, you're ready to call it a year? Clearly it's very rare the moments that BYU football provides any satisfaction for you. Still cheer for the Cougs, but find another hobby to invest in emotionally...for your own good.
