I sold my last house in Sandy going completely without a real estate agent by simply listing it on KSL.

About a year before that, my parents had struggled for years to sell their house working with multiple agents along the way. The finally gave up and I suggested they list it on KSL themselves. They ended up selling it in a couple months.

In both scenarios we ended up saving the full 6% compared to using a real estate agent.

I think real estate agents can add a lot of value, but I would also recommend trying to sell your house on your own for a couple months using KSL and see how it goes.
