I created a Windows 10 account for each child on the computer, and then you can
create a "Family" in your Microsoft account, and set screen time limits for children, which programs are allowed and not, which websites are allowed and not, etc.

You get an emailed report once a week indicating their screen time and websites visited in the previous week. You can set different screen time limits for each day of the week. I've only been doing it for a few weeks, but like it so far.

The screen time allotment would transfer across any Windows 10 device...assuming we had any other Windows devices.
