The guy went out of his way to dip his head to make head-to-head contact.
There was nothing natural about that hit. It was 100% intentional.
A lot of targeting calls are hard to swallow because they happen so fast or a WR ducks his head. The hit on Mangum was intentional and dirty. Plus, Mangum was already on his back by the time Yewt made contact.
