It's about a new food truck guy building up his business. Season one is a combination of interesting food, because he's always trying new creations, and the stress of a small business. The guy works about 100 hours a week. He's nuts trying to get his business to take off.

Then Season 2 is kind of a formulaic, scripted food show. It's been really boring and I'm tuning out a lot. They took everything that was interesting and new about Season 1, and flushed it down the toilet.
