I could spend all day every day snorkeling.
There was a nice restaurant by Poipu beach that was really good, but I forgot the name. Uncle shave ice was the best of many places that we tried.

Snorkel at Poipu. Food is okay at Duke's in Lihue, and Brick Oven Pizza in Kalaheo. However, the food on Kauai is not
