And it did nothing for me, but I don't really have back pain. Definitely not chronic back pain.
I didn't feel better or worse because of it.
I do know many people who go regularly or who have been because of car wrecks or other back problems. The vast majority of them benefitted greatly, at least in the short term.
A few have had chronic back issues (pain or posture related) essentially cured, and a few have even told me that they saw no improvement or it was made worse in the short term.
One case was my niece. She had some strange kink in her neck as a baby and only slept on one side. It was so bad that it was causing her head to be misshaped and she was having to wear some helmet thing to fix it.
When they took her to the chiropractor, he fixed it and my niece was able to sleep on both sides after that. Instant cure to a problem that was not being fixed... just treated. Pretty amazing, and also pretty unique as well...
If I had back pain, I would see a Chiropractor.
Thyroid problems or other unrelated issues? lol... that's silly.
