The comparisons people are trying to use are off. This staff took over a winning
program, not a losing one.
I can't recall a successful coaching staff at any school that took a step(or 2) back to move beyond previous marks.
Washington state was in the dumps etc.
Most good coaching staffs will make immediate impacts like Urban Meyer at all his stops, Harbaugh, Pete Carrol, Saban, Peterson etc.
