I have USC undefeated and the other 3 with 1 loss each. Oklahoma State and Washington are both right on the cusp at 5 and 6 respectively. USC and Washington play in the P12 championship while Oklahoma and Oklahoma State play in the Big 12 championship. If those results flip then those teams get in instead of the USC and/or Oklahoma.

Big Ten is the deepest at the top with Penn State, Wisconsin, Ohio State, and Michigan all being in that 7-13 range. The remaining NY6 bowl games will look something like this:

Orange Bowl: Maimi FL vs Penn State
Fiesta Bowl: Washington vs Ohio State
Cotton Bowl: Oklahoma State vs Wisconsin
Peach Bowl: Florida State vs South Florida
